Here comes the WOD Time Calculator to help you answer that question!

WOD Time Calculator lets you calculate good time or score to beat of any random CrossFit style workout and gives you access to constantly growing database of WODs.

There are multiple fitness level categories that will help you determine how good your score is or how good you will be when you beat that time or score to beat.

There are also multiple categories that reflect different fitness levels like beginner, average, advanced, competitor and elite athlete. This means that you can get a good time or score to beat for you WOD no matter how good you are in the CrossFit.

The WOD Time Calculator also features an innovative way to enter the CrossFit workouts. At first, you select the type of the workout like for time, for time with different reps (e.g. 21-15-9), classic AMRAP, AMRAP with increasing or max reps. Then you keep adding movements until your workout is ready.

The app offers over 200 different movements ranging from classic CrossFit and weightlifting movements like clean and jerks or thrusters to very specific movements like a trail run, double dumbbell hang squat snatch or yoke carry.

You can easily filter through all movements with quick categories or use the built-in search function. By the way, you can just type HSPU for handstand push ups, FSQ for front squats and much more.

When you enter the WOD just confirm it and the app will give you a good time or score to beat. You can easily adjust the fitness level depending on how good you are with a slider to find out what is a good time or score to beat for you. Or you can do the workout first and then check out how good you were by finding out the fitness level for your time, the fitness level will tell you how many percents of the people you have beaten.
